Elite Investigations has been licensed to conduct investigative services since March 24, 1998. We are proud to announce that we have added process service and related services to assist your office in professional handling of your legal documents. The process servers are used as a messenger to clients explaining to them their constitutional right to due process of law by “serving” them with a document that tells them of their legal situation.
Sheriffs were the original process servers. However, as the population grew they could not deliver these papers in the right amount of time. This is when process servers were formed. All of Elite Investigation’s employees are registered with the Nevada Private Investigator’s Licensing Board (NPILB). Their task is to help file court papers as well as deliver and retrieve legal documents. You can submit the papers to serve online or arrange for a courier. These papers go to the person involved or the defendant in the case. We use email to keep you updated as to what is happening with your documents. We are members of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and will forward your documents to licensed out of town servers. Our messenger (runner) services ensure that your documents arrive on time. We handle a variety of process service needs and requests including:

Verification of documents served is required, which is known as the Affidavit of service – our local Affidavits are returned within 3 business days. Although process server laws vary from state-to-state, legal documents must be delivered in the manner set by the state they are delivered in.
